Deck them halls...and all that jazz

We went down to Salina last weekend to celebrate Christmas with Albert's family. We always go down the weekend before Christmas and I always enjoy it for these reasons:

To spend time with family, of course--Lucy loves her grandparents and cousins!

It's nice to get away from the craziness of Christmas--that includes traffic and shopping.

Albert's mom's Christmas dinner--always super nice and very yummy!

Lucy is ready for dinner to start.

Like I said, Lucy loves her cousins. Allie was jumping up and down and Lucy thought it was the greatest thing ever!

What if a cousin is smaller than Lucy and can't jump up and down? No worries, she still gets excited and just loves playing with those cousins!

After dinner comes presents! Lucy really liked her presents. She is at a fun age and is really starting to play with things.

We all had a lot of fun, but like any time you go out of town, it's nice to come home and sleep in your own bed!
